We have recorded in a database all citations of taxa found in all the
publications of Mrs. Nannenga-Bremekamp. It contains 7 994 taxonomical entries with 1 180 different names of taxa.

The herbarium
By legacy, the herbarium of Mrs.N.E. Nannenga-Bremekamp has been deposited in the National Botanic Garden of Belgium in May 31th 1996.
Her notebooks contain 17 399 herbarium specimens records !
At first, all these data are encoded in our herbarium database. Then the specimens, microscopical slides, drawings, notes, microscopic analyses will be checked and classified to be available for research projects to the larger scientific community.
An important number (more than 6 500) of drawings (mostly in colors) from Mrs. Nannenga-Bremekamp have been scanned to be used into the huge quantity of data available by informatic means.
